Victorian Treasures inspired by British India ー a Contemporary Twist on Indian Masterpieces
An early start to 2017’s Sakura season, brings a pleasant touch of Victorian Masterpieces from India’s most renowned jewelry house, Amrapali Jewels. Amrapali’s new collection will showcase elegant pieces that highlight Indian contemporary designs with a western twist – featuring jewelry inspired from the Victorian Era.



A British Royal Family favorite, Amrapali’s Odakyu Machida’s collection will feature 14K and 18K gold jewelry with diamonds, emeralds, rubies and sapphires – all designed, faceted, set in Amrapali’s factory in India. One of our featured pieces at this Pop-Up will be a slice cut diamond ring. Slice cut diamonds also known as「Polki」diamonds in India are rough diamonds cut into slices with minimal facets focusing on the impact (brilliance) of the table facet, as opposed to the sparkle of the diamond. Set with a combination of special wax, foil and in select styles – 24K gold, these rings make a bold debut to a wearer’s personality in any occasion.
